1. Please note that full payment is required by 5 p.m. on the day before your scheduled dispatch for your order to be processed.

2. Our products are freshly made on the same day. Dispatch of orders for pickup or delivery is available starting at 10:00 a.m. The order cut-off for Next-Day Delivery is 5 p.m. Orders placed from 5:01 p.m. onwards won't qualify for next-day delivery and will be dispatched on your next chosen date.

We dispatch your freshly baked orders from Monday-Sunday.

• Regular Delivery (10 a.m - 7 p.m.) - Php 400

  

For Special Delivery time requests, please indicate your preferred delivery time in the Notes Section upon checkout. Otherwise, your order will be delivered between 11 a.m - 4 p.m.

We deliver to the following locations: Makati, Taguig, Pateros, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Manila, Pasay, Paranaque, Quezon City, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Antipolo, Cainta, Marikina, Taytay.

Please note that we cannot deliver to these areas: 

Malabon, Navotas, Payatas, Valenzuela, North Fairview, some parts of Rizal (except Cainta, Taytay, and lower Antipolo). You may order for pickup instead and arrange your own courier.

Multiple Address Delivery & Bulk Order
For 2 or more delivery addresses (with a minimum spend of PHP 2,500), send us an email at thesugarfreebakery@gmail.com to receive our multiple address form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery schedule. You may settle your payment via BPI/BDO Bank Transfer, GCash, or PayPal. For bank transfers, please send us a copy of your proof of payment to thesugarfreebakery@gmail.com

2. Strictly no refunds and cancellations.

3. Delivery address must be in Metro Manila. For delivery addresses outside Metro Manila, customer shall opt for pick up on checkout to proceed with their order.
